Should these books be taught in unision? What do you see as similarities between the two novels Anthem by Ayn Rand or I am the Cheese by Robert Cormier?
What is the price of progress in these novels?
Does struggles against individuality and equality still exist today? Are there extremes to both ideoloigies? Do those extremes exist even today?
Should students still read Anthem and/or I am the Cheese despite the contreversal content? Why?
Do you think that it is important for students to read compostitions with differing views? Is learning to form an opinion a crucial skill that todays learners must obtain to be successful?
